I’ve Got Answers
Please have a look at my frequently asked questions and their comprehensive answers provided below. If you still can’t find what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’m always here to help.
What is sleep training?
You will probably get many different answers when you ask someone what they believe sleep training is. For me, sleep training involves using age-appropriate feeding and sleeping schedules, committing to consistent routines, targeting expected positive behaviors, and trialing various client-centered sleep methods that the family is comfortable with. The goal may be different for every family, and that is why I make sure to be open and flexible in my supportive role.
When can I use your support and services?
Today! There is never a bad time to discuss routines, sleep schedules, appropriate wake times, and anything else that you may need to know for your child. I do not recommend any type of specific sleep method before 4 months old, however, I can offer a lot of helpful support into schedules, routines, and other important information with children 0-3 months. If you are a mom-to-be, the "Ask Me Anything" call may be just enough to calm your nerves, answer your questions, and give you useful information in preparation for your little one.
How should I prepare for my discovery call?
Please don't hesitate to book a 15-minute discovery call. We will go over what your concerns are with your child's sleep and discuss what it would look like for us to work together. I am determined to make my focus family/client centered when it comes to addressing sleep concerns.
Do you offer remote consultations?
All of my services are considered remote. I offer support via text, phone, video, and email.
